Luke C.'s acclaimed debut album, ‘T.O.M.B.,’ gets the remix treatment with three new versions by talents from across the globe and three of his current favorite producers: AshTreJinkins, Sans Merit, and Mayurashka.

Each of the new versions manage to keep the noirish fever-dream energy of the original release, playing through like splintered spin-offs of the T.O.M.B. universe.

First up, AshTreJinkins is a Fresno-California-based producer with a wildly inventive collection of singles and releases in his catalog, mostly self-released via his own Bandcamp. His remix of “Tripping on Mescaline (Baby)” is a dubbed-out steamroller, subtly unfurling throughout with a misty haze.

Sans Merit is the latest alias from Griffin James (a.k.a. Francis Inferno Orchestra), a good friend of Luke’s through the LA scene where they both now reside. They’ve both found themselves exploring weirder non-dancefloor fodder of late, perfectly displayed here with his psychedelic “immaginato” version of “Traces of Memories Broken.”

To round out the release Tokyo, Japan’s Mayurashka twists “Tripping Over Mauled Bones,” the closing track on the LP, into a euphoric end-of-the-night (or sunrise) piece of dancefloor bliss.
